There are Puerto Rican staples, everyday meals, breakfasts, and things to bake. Some recipes have an English and a Spanish version. The language link on each recipe takes you to its twin.

Each recipe puts the ingredients, equipment, and method up front. Check off ingredients as you go, print a copy, or turn on kitchen mode while you cook.
